Noam's earliest memories are of big family meals. The kind of dinners where everyone talks over each other, sharing large plates, and nobody wants to leave. That's where he learned what hospitality means: taking care of people through food, making them feel welcome, and creating moments worth remembering.

Noam is a two-time James Beard semifinalist and 2025 Finalist for Best Chef Southeast, but before opening his acclaimed Levantine restaurant MeeshMeesh Mediterranean, he spent years in professional kitchens obsessing over butchery, charcuterie, and fine dining. This is where he first worked alongside Dustin at Red Hog, and where their friendship, and this partnership, all started. At Mill Iron 4, Noam's bringing that same level of skill and care to a style of cooking that feels like coming home.
